King County Sees a Positive Shift in Real Estate

Lennox Scott of John L. Scott writes that King County is seeing a positive shift in real estate in this blog dated March 25, 2011. He also explains that what we really need here are single-family homes in move-in condition near job centers. Because folks who need to sell their homes are waiting for perhaps a more favorable market, inventory is somewhat limited. The good news is that interest rates remain low, unemployment is dropping and the local economy is experiencing a bit of a rebound.

That’s good news for home buyers and sellers. But don’t take my word for it. Listen to Lennox. He’s our guy!
