Signing Up For Property Tracker™ Is Easy…

Step One: Go to www.JohnLScott.com/martireeder

Step Two: Next to my picture, click the “Work with Me” button. This will direct you to set up your Property Tracker Account. I suggest you use your email address and “marti” for the password, so as you save searches and select your “favorites”, I can go in and have a look at them directly.

Step Three: Set your Search parameters by using the Quick Search, Map Search, Neighborhood Wizard, or any option under the “Find A Home” tab. Then click on the “Search” button. When you see the Search Results, click on “Save This Search”.

Step Four: When prompted, Name Your Search (example “Homes in Kent”) and then select the frequency with which you would like to receive your Home Delivery e-mails. You can set up as many personalized searches as you like, and be automatically kept up to date as new listings come on the market, prices get reduced or the property gets an offer and goes “pending”.

Congratulations!
