According to a May 2011 article on CNN Money, buying a home is still the American dream and, for most of us, buying is usually a better deal than renting. Why? Because so many people are renting now, demand for rental properties is up, driving the prices up. At the same time, the real estate market is a buyer’s market, driving those prices down. This is great news for those looking to buy right now.
But there’s even better news – according to this CNN Money article, of the 23 cities researched, Seattle was the BEST place to buy a home! Finally, some good news.
