I’ve lived in the Seattle area my entire life and now call South King County, Washington home. I live in the Kent-Covington area with my family, but the entire South King County is a wonderful place for first time homebuyers, couples, families, individuals and retirees. In addition to the natural beauty of the area, you’ll find that South King County is more affordable than many Eastside and Seattle area neighborhoods.
